i have been to capita all the time, for years, during my employment, last time i went in there, he asked me three questions, said goodbye, sent a copy of answers to questions i never heard of before, didnt have me sign the proper paperwork to get my tests results from the hospital, the list goes on. it is a screwed up mess and i dont believe its right. they seem to be a law unto their own.0

also do you know if the line managers deinal for pension rate can be overturned by someone higher up? to me her reason was not founded, i did my best to get into work, but it made me very sick but i would get back in there and work and then be off sick again, i guess i could have just not gone in but i tried really hard to work, why should that be held against me?0

Are you in a Union??
Really you need to get help from your union (or/and ACAS)
There is the Civil Service Benevolent Fund, worth considering.
If you get dismissed you may be able to get wages in Lieu of Notice and compensation for being dismissed. Your Union should put in a case for this.0 -
i am not in the union, does help from the union still apply to me, do you know?0

Extremely unlikely but you can ask.
Have you not raised the capital assessment issues with MOD?I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care

Ask your Union if you can join NOW.0

You need to seek advice from unions or policies etc.
Legally this sounds about as open and shut a case statutory could find; it may be the policies/procedures though give you a right to something extra and given this will be related to your terms etc none of us can advise.0
