How cheap would it have to be?
Can you pay more than £200 for one of those?
ETA: Apparently you can. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201030364581016/sort/priceasc/usedcars/model/800/make/rover/quicksearch/true/page/1/radius/1501/postcode/sp61ej?logcode=p
That would be the eternal optimist sale.:rotfl::D0 -
Well perhaps if they had paid attention to making a high quality product and not made such junk cars, they may well still be employed now.;)
That includes the management as well as the normal workforce.
Perhaps, but the workforce can only assemble the parts they are supplied. I think a common problem with the 800 series was dry joints in the wiring.
As an aside, I wonder how many duff parts were actually MADE by rover and how many were actually bought in cheap.0 -

With the tax till January £112 (unless its disabled and she hasnt realised) and MOT till March, that would be 8 months running for around £485.
AND it'll run on veg oil.0 -
Would you??
2002 2.5V6 Auto, less than 65k miles, FSH, up for 3500.
only issue for me is no rear electric windows??
I've had a 3.0 L auto from new for 6 years and no complaints, however a 2002 car is slightly different. It has a viscous coupled AWD system which is excellent when working and better than my AWD on snow. These pre-2004 AWDs may exhibit excessive transmission noise.0 -

The bottom line is; Nissan, Honda and Toyota have managed to produce excellent cars in the UK, Rover simply did not.0 -

I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

I would buy a 2004 mondeo for around £2000 and think why pay more for the same car with a different badge?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
