    Bun :grouphug:

The college you want to go to is probably the best place to tell you about help with fees. This might give you a bit of info though, depending on what sort of course it is http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAndLearning/UniversityAndHigherEducation/StudentFinance/Applyingforthefirsttime/index.htm

That's a good idea - a friend of mine did that a few years back and didn't expect to get on, but she did! I think loads of people sign up to lots of different courses and then obviously only go to one.

Another friend of mine is doing a beauty therapy course that starts in September - she can't wait!

Beauty therapy is another thing I would love to do so may apply for that as well-hairdressing is my first choice though.

Buffy I too used to be with A & L banking and for a time they seemed really good, but I could never understand how when making a payment from my A & L bank account to my A & L credit card used to take up to 5 days and during that time my money showed up nowhere!! Frustration comes to mind, along with other words I can't use. Paid off overdraft PDQ and got rid.

    Morning all

I am off to work and then coming back (via homebase) to paint the bathroom. (I know homebase is expensive but its the nearest).

And Sam - can't you send him for one of those private all in one health checks?

    xxx

It would just be something else the week after...there is nothing wrong with him....AT ALL....END OF!

Its stress.....and this is how stress affects him. I have been patient for a long long time....wearing a bit thin now..but you don't dump someone cos they have an affliction do you?

    Do you?:rotfl:

I too hate A&L - I moved money last week and its the only bank that doesn't send my money by faster payment....I am still waiting for it to turn up....:(

Bunny....I still think you should go hell for leather with cambridge...advertise, tweet, go on mini mins.....but go all out with it

Sam, perhaps you don't dump them but you could make it clear how his affliction affects you and that he needs to get some help for it.. though I expect you've already done that?

ps I read the last line of your post quickly and thought you were telling Bun to do something involving leather  :o

I have decided to attempt to exercise 5 days a week.. had a good half hour brisk walk at lunchtime. Feel like sleeping now mind you!
