    Good morning :)

woke up bright and bushy tailed this morning :) so going to get rest of washing sorted and sort ebay stuff out today so my bedroom doesn't look like a chinese laundry, cause all the clothes that are too big for me are hanging everywhere on hangers ready to take pics :)

Have had my porridge and am finishing a cup of coffee then washing on the line another load in, clean through, meet mum at 10 to go shopping.

    Morning all

Got an absolute stonker of a cold with sore thoat and itchy ears to go with it. Didn't get much sleep last night :(

An enforced day in today with nothing planned other than going back to bed. Supposed to have a landlords inspection but have emailed them and asked them to cancel.

Reading a book at the moment that has really inspired me to buck my ideas up regarding what we spend and how we live, we do try hard but we could be trying alot harder.

Sammy and Luc, I feel your pain with month end reports/invoicing.

Gemmzie, have a fantastic holiday, you deserve it!

Claire, glad to hear you're feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed.

    Morning all.
I need an exercise plan but don't know where to start. Has to be very cheap and NOT running. :o
Unexpected day off for me. Going to Makro to get sweeties for the church summer fair on saturday and then back to the gardening hopefully.
    Catch you later.

Try walking ;) A good brisk walk has many of the benefits of running incl calorie burning and maintaining bone density. If you walk quickly so you can just hold a conversation but are slightly breathless you'll be doing plenty.
