Morning All,
Well I am a bit rough this morning after last night, but not too bad:)
And as of tonight will be sticking to the rule of not drinking in the flat on my own, which has fallen by the wayuside recently.....
Quite apart from anything else I am skint:)
Glad to be back on the wagon and know I will feel better as the day progresses:)
Great to see you back Lurks:wave: it's been the same old thread in your absence......Miss P has left with a couple of others as they said it made them focus too much on drinking.....
Hope you had a great holiday

Hope you all had a relaxing weekend.
I had a difficult couple of days (felt flat / regretful of the money I've wasted etc) and a very anxious morning earlier today, worrying about how I'm going to pay back the £500 PayDay loan. (Have a plan in place though, and should have at least half of the money in 10 days time).
I forced myself up at about 6am to stop thinking, and have already sorted out a couple of emails (re waiting list for CBT / my Housing Association re repairs)!
Sober here for 9 days now. Feels good.
Off for a haircut later this morning, and to chase up a job.
Have a great day all.
Sim x
Hi Sim
