That's a real bummer Jo - you'll have to go another time with your Mum.

Am thinking that I really need a challenge to get me back on the straight and narrow. Anyone up for 48-72 hours AF with me?
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Hi all,

Can I join the challenge, still not drank but need little motivators as dont want to leave before the miracle happens!

Head still bit scatty, the ISMs in full flow!!

Can I just ask what you all do to distract from drinking ect? I go meetings, hang out with abstitent friends, spend time with family, days out with kids, cook, bake work, read chill but still time on my hands. Maybe I need to slowwwwwww on down

Morning all - why is it at the weekend I wake up at the usual time then can't drop off properly again? Oh well no point stopping in bed then!

Have a good Sunday everyone, just deciding on what to do today
