Jo.....Sorry about your Toby, maybe we could make you a cyber meal to cheer you up. Your choice whatever you fancy(including double roasties lol)

Right off to B&Q to buy dimmer switch as mine went kaput this week and not been able to what I have been typing for a few nights.

    NRA xxxx

That gave me a laugh NRA as I read you were off to B&Q to buy your dinner:rotfl: I think it must be all the carvery talk on here last night. I love carvery and really felt for jo and those poor crying children. I tell myself all the veggies are good for me and ignore all the roasties and massive yorkshires on the plate!

AS for me feel sad today for some reason and think its connected to the ex who I think has a new piece.

Sorry you're feeling sad sparkles but I love your turn of phrase, reminds me of my grandmother. His/her 'fancy piece' was the utmost insult for people 'carrying on'.

Hope you're returning to the land of the living SSG. Good to hear you've plans to jump back on the wagon. Any idea what cause the spectacular jumping off?

Have a lovely time with your dad DB. I'm not joining in either. I've a day out in London planned for tomorrow and I'm sure a meal and a large glass of something will figure in it. Good luck to all who are going for an AF week.

I'm doing a lamb roast with all the trimmings today, and plenty of washing but otherwise a peaceful Sunday (until neighbour's children started blowing a vuvuzela:mad:). Fortunately I don't know them but they are the sort who can't have a barbie without a lot of loud music and screaming.
  • Hi. I've just entered my risk time so I've nailed my arms to the chair.

Jo you not watching CDWM down under ?

I watched it DC and thought what a shame for the lady who only found out she was adopted at age 33, I thought it is better to bring your children up with the knowledge that they are adopted but special. Only my opinion but at 33 it is surely a secret kept too long? Hope you are ok hunny? Hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    OMG, I'm knackered!!

What a day! Those of you on FB will know what the PIggy household has been up to today.

This morning we went to the Lyneham Family fun day - last one before it closes (OH's brother works as a civvie there so got us passes). Within half hour of being there, there was torrential rain. We were soaked. At that point we had just fought our way up a steep hill to see the hercules all being prepared for take-off , so caught the full onslaught of the rain. There was no way we were trawling around that wet (trust me, my jeans come out of the washing machine drier than they were today!!!!) So we all toddled off home.

This afternoon, to make up for it, we took the kids to basingstoke Aquadrome. Was having a nice leisurley swim when step-son suggests I go on the Space Bowl. Never been so scared in my entire life. It was horrendous!!!!! Whacked my head on the bowl as I shot out of the tube at 90mph and then hit the water head first!!

So I'm sure you'll all excuse me for having wine tonight:D

    xx

Miss P I feel your pain ....................... Budgie is no water baby  I had a similar experience when I once went roller blading with my DS, gosh I had to hang on for dear life, they were wizzing here and wizzing there. Budgie's head was all of a spin, loud music, flashing lights and there was poor Budgie stuck rigid to the spot not daring to move  I can laugh now, but only just ;) Hugs to you and our very lovely piglet. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxx

So Budgie I am afraid is not doing too well on the af front :o Still bear with me and it will all work out in the end ;)

But before I go just wanted to say: Darling JO sorry you missed your Toby mate, (Btw that is the name of my little dog :)) Hugs (()) xxxxxxxxxxxx SSG I am worried about you? Babe, you've got to be some time & effort into looking after yourself, instead of looking after us all the time. Don't that we don't appreciate you, but you have to come first sometimes :)

Big bearhugs, sweetheart, & I promise i'm ok - i know i always have you holding my (virtual) paw ;)
