    feeling rotten missing my darling friend at the coast, was not going down tomorrow but may have to...

    going out with my best girlfriend on Saturday to bingo....who knows we might win lol.:D

    Not been a great week, but have struggled on.

    Admit I have drunk too much tonight, feel very low.

    Need to pull myself together for work tomorrow, too much drink not good
    with the meds.

    Hope all are ok and will try harder tomorrow

    Hi all,

    Follow this thread with intrest and always feel strong, go AA and benefit from it. Been to a meeting tonight and shared honestly.

    I am 7 months and really craving aaah no sure if I can resist, really want oblvion. Tried all the tools, spoke to sponsers, other alcoholics, played it forward but really want to get drunk. Will this pass??


    Anyone help please?

    Think about things slowly and surely and steadily, I think you'll regret it if you have a blow out now. But sometimes its hard to be strong when you don't feel like it.

    Can you do something to distract yourself - even just for tonight.
