  • Hi,

Hope the bells have passed for those AF tonight. I did last night AF and tonight so that's 4 for me please Shaggy.

Hardly slept a wink last night. I seemed to be half-awake all night and the rest of it was filled with vivid scarey dreams. I hope tonight is not so bad.

    DB x

  • Hi

Its a long time since I popped in here! How are you all? I've had a quick read through your posts from the last few days.

Glad to see you all doing the countdown to christmass 100 day challenge. I started it last year on the 16/9, in fact I started my diet at the same time last year. I completed the 100 day challenge without a hitch. Had a week off for xmas and then managed another month AF before tripping and falling for a few months. Then a big kick up the *** made me see the error of my ways and I have just completed 140 days AF:D I have also lost 5 1.2 stone to date from last september. I feel renewed and revitalized in so many ways. I wanted to do 365 days AF, but I dont feel to bad as I think I did 295 days.

I love the new me now and won't be looking back, hope you can all find the inner peace that SSA mentioned, its worth looking for, but a little part of you I think has to want to change badly enough for it to happen. Sometimes I see people on a Friday or Sat buying wine in the local supermarket, and a small part of me envy's them, but the other half feels sad, that they dont have what I have. Freedom - I cannot hear any bells ringing, its so quiet.

Good Night and good luck with the challenge. I will keep watching everyone's progress.:T:T
