Just put dinner on, tonight its toad in the hole!

Its now day 3 AFD, although have to admit was tempted when I came in to open a bottle of wine from STBEOH. selection.:o

Been a busy day at work and i know I should be doing some housework tonight but just feel like chilling and maybe get on with some knitting. (Xmas pressies).

Anyone heard from Sim?

I have some tesco vouchers think I will use them towards food shopping when Im off at friends in September. Cant rally see anything else I would use them for except maybe Xmas pressies. (phew Lurks is on hols:eek:)

It was interesting to see Weezl on here earlier, I have read her thread before and found it really interesting. Have to admit have really been good this week but only because I have spent too much of my food budget for the month already:eek:.
Having said that my month runs from 21st to 20th.

Just looked at the Weezl thread - it's lovely, all warm and cosy. I wish I had time to do a huge batch cook - oh well, at least I'm making tomorrow's tea tonight cos me and DD2 are going to cinema tomorrow (Tuna, pasta, corn + ready made sauce - not very exciting). Might try some of that hummus she's making ...

I have actually took some action today and at lunchtime drove my car to a parky type place and walked back to work. That is 20 mins each way so 40 minutes excercise today The plan is to do this all week, thus keeping me out of the shops, which in theory means Budgie will be fitter and it is of course very mse

Go on admit it, it does seem a good idea?
