    Time for a joke :D

A group of children were trying very hard to become accustomed to nursery.

The biggest hurdle they faced was that the teacher insisted on NO baby talk! You need to use 'Big People' words,' she was always reminding them.

She asked John what he had done over the weekend?

'I went to visit my Nana'..

No, you went to visit your GRANDMOTHER.

    Use 'Big People' words!'

She then asked Mitchell what he had done

    'I took a ride on a choo-choo'.

She said. 'No, you took a ride on a TRAIN.

You must remember to use 'Big People' words'.

She then asked little Alex what he had done?

'I read a book' he replied.

    That's WONDERFUL!' the teacher said.

    'What book did you read?'

Alex thought real hard about it,

Then puffed out his chest with great pride, and said,

    'Winnie the $h1t'

Jo - you are just the best :T :rotfl:

Miss P - Hope your toe is better today

diable - now you can spend your evenings selling all your junk delightful items that you don't need on eB@y ;) see double the money, not spending it on drink and earning while decluttering

Busy here, need to muck out the second load of pigs, do more washing, tidy clean washing away, tidy house so that my cleaning lady can actually access surfaces to clean them (I am going to tell her today that I have to let her go now that I don't get any dog walking money coming in :(), take Monkey to the swimming pool as her nagging is driving me nuts, bake bread and that pudding, go to friends for tea, export my outlook contacts to my new email :D, finish filing, update spreadsheets...

I need to put stuff away so that I am paying only for actual cleaning i.e. hoovering and wiping etc...

  • Hi

I`m on 21 AF days so far and am going to go for the whole 30 to be AF for this month. I`m aiming to be AF during a long weekend to Cornwall next month and if I achieve that then my next aim is to be AF over Christmas.
I`m really PMT at the moment, biting everybodys head off, really down and feeling sorry for myself and would normally go out and buy myself a bottle of wine to cheer myself up, I keep thinking just one lickle drink, but I know that it would be returning to a place that I`ve been to many many times before. Anyway GOOD LUCK to everybody who is aiming for any amount of AF days this month, this forum is amazing in the fact that it makes you realise YOU ARE NOT ALONE and there are others out there going through exactly the same a you are. Remember if you always do what you`ve always done you`ll always get what you`ve always got. Good luck for September everybody. From Trasi x
