Yes, you have acheived far more AF days than you would have done otherwise. That is good for health and moneysaving...

I had to stop drinking altogether - if I saved my drinking for a few days each month, then I would get ratted on those days, and a little later break my rules.

Only you can decide if you are where you want to be.

There are no "lost causes"

My life didn't change so long as the problem remained the same. The problem is me. Alcoholism is centred in the mind. Thus I had to change myself for my drinking to change.
