Account Settings
Notifications
Scroll down to 'places' (near the bottom)
Unclick the 2 options in there.

It's a new thing were everyone can see where you are posting from :eek: I don't think it's enabled in the UK yet but there has been a lot of contraversy in the US where people are complaining about it. So unclick them to be on the safe side
