Probably a wise move, cos I just counted and there's 98 on the guest list including Jinty herself! :rotfl:

    EDIT: 99! I forgot Hubert!
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

Ooooh Jinty's shed sounds like loads of fun.... pleeeeeeeeeeeease say we can come Jinty!!! :D

Congrats on your engagement SF, sounds so romantic, you've got a good one there!!!

Hugs to everyone who's having a rough time at the moment :grouphug:

Well not managed one again today, got some groceries in (i will have salad for lunch every day this week!!!!), & then bought the paint for the kitchen & new light switches & plug sockets & treated myself to some new paintbrushes & it cost sooooo much :eek: When did everything get so expensive??????

Still now i will have to stay in & paint every night for like forever i'm sure that will stop me from spending, although i'm so annoyed with myself for the fact i'll struggle to hit target again this month
(but at least i'll have a kitchen to show for this bout of spending, think it will be a first to actually be able to show what i've spent my money on instead of just wasting it on rubbish!!!!)

Sorry for the confusion re the shed party, although you're all welcome in my shed any time!;)
I was thinking about our next outing today, dopey, and wondering if jinty would mind if we invaded her garden shed (considering she keeps copious quantities of alcohol in there I thought it might be a good place to be:D:D:D:D). Hubert might be quite useful for fertilizer as well (well, not him exactly, but the little presents he leaves behind.

How about next weekend to celebrate our achievements this month?

Sounds great to me and Jinty did say that we were welcome any time!!!!! And if we take the Tardis into the shed we will all fit in anyway :j

Went to Mr T's this morning for shopping totalling £22.57 and such embarassment  tried 2 debit cards and both declined, then offered what cash I had (all £4.60) and tried balance on one of the cards - no luck - had to put everything back into the trolley and send hubbie back through till while I went outside to check my balances - £5.36 on one card and nothing on other one - gulp  - should have checked balances online before going out  So put most of it back and got just £4.37 worth (the whoopsies of course). Annoying thing is we had the cash in the house from the car boot on Friday so more than enough to pay if I had only remembered to pick it up - so we will call tomorrow for the rest

When I got back home, I checked my balances online to find that a payment had come out of one that I had forgot about so my mistake, and I had changed the date of a DD on the other account but they had still taken it out on the old date  making me overdrawn - can't wait to get on to them tomorrow

Well done on your NSD's Spoony - you're really doing well bonnie lass

I'm up for that, just a quick swish across the M8, I'm practically local. BigMumma could always nip up and give Arthur's Seat its final cut and we could catch the end of the Festival, some really earnest productions still going on. Just have to be careful of the copious holes in Edinburgh's roads (half finished trams) and we're sorted! Hubert says yes and he has a relative on the beach at Granton............

We could pop down to the coast for a wee while & go to my most favourite place ~ North Berwick~ & pick up some Lucca's ice cream.
