Hubert might be quite useful for fertilizer as well (well, not him exactly, but the little presents he leaves behind.
How about next weekend to celebrate our achievements this month?
Oh brilliant - of course you can come!:j I've actually got two sheds, so there's plenty of room. You're not wrong about the alcohol in trhe shed - we've got loads, we dont drink much ourselves so we seem to accumulate it. Strawberry schnapps anyone!;) Bring Hubert - it wouldnt be a NSD party without him plus it'll save me cutting the grass and will be good for the compost supplies!:rotfl:
Sometimes I wish we were having a 'real" party rather than a "virtual" one - can you imagine it??? Maybe oneday we'll have a proper convention ( sounds very respectable)
No NSD yesterday, copped for small spends, very annoying( Sunday papers) and today Im going for some f&v. Tonight Im off to a show in the Fringe with my Mum and Sis, so Im looking forward to that. Its called Reel to Reel and its all music from films, its had great reveiws so should be good.
Hope you all have a wonderful day:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
thank you Jinty, that's lovely, Hubert will be delighted to eat your grass and contribute copiously to your compost heap, if you just point him in the right direction, it'll save me having to humf the shovel, ifyswim?
don't think it will be a NSD for me to-day and its pouring (again) so may have to buy a cup of tea to cheer me up.
catch up later, have a peaceful day allMore than Two Years in

even if I have been drooling over the lifelong dream of owning particular classic makes of motorbike &/or car just recently, when that magical time comes where money is no option *absently fondles one way ticket to Cloud Cuckoo Land* We watch things like 'US' Chopper, Over hauling & Biker build-off & I get incredibly miffed when they start talking or play music over the best bit, namely when they start the engine  Having said that I much prefer the old school [no surprise there then] when an engine sounded like the crescendo in a Beethoven symphony as opposed to your kid brother's lakkie band cotton reel :wall:

Yesterday was NSD no 13 spoon.....thought it was a close one!!
We have a lovely day away in Wrexham, with a fantastic lunch. We were later than planned in getting back, so talk of f&chips and pizza abounded in the car...then I realized this would spoil a perfecty good NSD weekend. So we had nachos (had to make the sauce, but quick enough), sausages, bacon eggs and veg...all produced in half an hour of getting home. So cheaper and better for us!!!
Today will probably be a spending day, but may be able to hold it over until tomorrow...will report back later.
Enjoy the rest of the day everyone...the rain has stopped and I am about to hang out a second load...gotta make the most of the yellow thing appearing in the sky!!
Should be able to make it to the party in Jinty's sheds at the weekend...which day? Dare I say we have four sheds, a greenhouse and an observatory at the bottom of our garden!!

Off to spend money on School supplies:mad:
There are two flaws with this 1. I hate hate Shopping
and 2. I even more hate spending money.:rotfl:
The bottom line is i know before even going, we are going to overspend and will have to claw it back somewhere else....
Have a good day.........
