] pet meds from chemist uk think twas, [& with top cash back
*makes mental note to check progress on that*] AAANNnnd we've got poota probs ha-gain
....went for my scan and it turns out that everything on it was normal (doesn't solve the mystery pain though) - so had a can of pop, packet of crisps and a Wispa to celebrate! Sorry!:o....Don't apologise--that's great news! Well..you know what I mean
....
Here's a little tipple to keep you guys going but remember don't drink and drive.
Bx
Kay..I've scribbled some notes so bear with me....
I think everyone should cut & paste post 1179 as it says a lot about why folk do this Challenge. Personally I enjoy the camaraderie & the giggles, as it helps with the drudgery of always having to think about money & the lack thereof
Take Beanie's predicament of eating after exercise..one idea would be to take something with you, even if it's a sandwich or a chockie bar, but anything that can be included in the grocery shop & kept for this specific purpose. Several reasons--a/ it's cheaper in a supermarket than from a vending machine or in-house concession & b/ you have a greater choice available in a big shop.
Thanks for the wiggle If--I do like a good wiggle when I can get onePerhaps we should start having a weekday wiggle to keep us going till the week end? Would Wednesday Mid-Week Wiggle work?
I have to say that I'm a bitwith LfV feeding the family on little metal paper clips, but presumably they need a 'steely' gaze & more 'iron' in their diets :rotfl:
I got nuvva wun on Weds but grub shop yesterday so think I'm up to...12?...yes...no!..yes!...Yes!! No 12. Thanks Spoon & give us a shout if you need some help; don't want you disappearing

keiss 21 I also have ds1 home from uni and he also eats loads of pasta type dishes (he found these really cheap whilst away). Ds2 is also into sport and plays football regularly although he broke his leg last night so he is going to get so moody soon because he will not be able to play for 8-12 weeks!! Thanks for your suggestions very useful, also my 2 are the same on the cereal, potatoes etc I agree total nightmare! and ds2 is going to look like an egg quite soon I would imagine!!0

Just read page 60. Thanks 3Dogs for the PDSA tip, really good to know.
To recap for anyone who missed it...A tip for anyone receiving any amont of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax, PDSA PetAid cover one pet for free (£5 charge to process application) for all injury/illness treatment - you still have to pay for jabs, worm/flea treatments - so it's worth checking out their web-site to see if you have a PDSA centre or appointes vet near you.
Thought I'd add the link to that... http://www.pdsa.org.uk/pdsa-vet-care/eligibility/I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

I am really enjoying setting it up, I have to say! I enjoy writing so much and would love to make a career out of it. I have had a few things published (mainly online) which was a real buzz! I included them on my blog as well in a little "Articles" section and will add to it as I (hopefully) get a few more published.....patience is in order though. I don't have Time Magazine knocking on my door (or even commenting on my blog!) just yet!LBM 04/05/10 :T DEBT FREE 30/07/10 :j I made it!CHALLENGES: 0 bought lunches June or JulyAug SoL: 15/21 June NSDs: 11/14 July NSDs 12/11 :j Aug NSDs: 5/12 Savings target: £500/50000 -

Thank you to everyone who commented about me setting different August rules, I have decided that since (as someone said) the Council changed the rules so can I! All DD's and debt repayments are now not counted. You're all so nice in here! :iloveyou:
I'm going to have an NSD today too, I have an idea for a craft thing, it wouldn't cost me much to make each one and as yet NO ONE in this country seems to be selling them (only in the US)... So I am keeping this one close to my chest for now! Anyhow I need materials so I've decided not to count them as a spend because they're the outlay for my own cottage industry haha!
Am also bored-bored-bored-bored-bored, so I might as well do something productive than just go to the beach again, pay the parking highwaymen and eat cr-p coz I'm there. I will take the dog to get materials for the craft project and I will give up the stupid notion of having access to the coastline and walk him by the river instead- finding free parking even on the river where no one goes, ought to keep me busy!
Then when I get back (having resisted the pull of chocolate, magazines and all shiny things on the counter) I will have the sheer audacity to call this an NSD!
You are lovely though you lot. You really should know that. :happyloveI refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
