    Hey Jojo,

i guess some of your questions have gone now you have ordered something! did you find it ok ordering to get them free and only pay p+p?
What is also good about vista is now you have made something with those colours it will show you other items in the same theme so get an idea of bits.
Its good that it saves things too - i have a few things saved on there that am waiting for pay day to be able to order it!

I havent had any problems with quality of anything have orderd - was over the moon with the banner as was a million times better than had though it was going to be!
You will be so excited waiting for the post when you get your delivery!! :j

Hi Curlylou - I haven't ordered anything yet from Vistaprint. I've ordered my invites from Pure Invitation, and wasn't necessarily going to put RSVP cards in, as they would be a bit expensive. But, if I can get 'em for nowt from Vistaprint then I'll put them in! ;)

I did manage to save the design I spent the morning on, but will have to change it now to try and match the colours of the invites if I can! :(

I'm just not sure how to get them for free - do I literally just wait for an email offering 100 free postcards? I hope it comes in time to get them into the invites! Am considering the free business cards as place cards - but I don't need 250! And I've chosen a postcard design that doesn't match any of the free business card designs. :(

Well I got postcards as RSVPs. Didn't get them free as I had colour printing on both sides, or something like that, but they were only £10 for 100 so not too un-MSE! They don't match the invites but they are cute and i was happy with them.

On the glossy side I had our names and the wedding venue, date and time, and on the other side I had all the gumph about can/can't make it, dietary requirements, need any advice on where to stay phone me on ***, or OH on *** or email us at ***, etc.

And please return the card to 'our address' or email us at ***.

I was happy until OH suggested that some numpty might actually try to use it as a postcard and return it to us with ALL our details, date, address etc visible to every postie on the planet!!! Full on advertisement that the house will be empty for at least a week!!!!:(

Am absolutely gutted!!!! Should have splashed on the matching envelopes or filled the front! Or should have said 'please return the card in an envelope to**'.

Surely no-one would try to write our address on the glossy side between the other details and send it as a postcard!!

I've had postcards from them which we're using for our RSVP's - had them made up with our address on the back, can/can't come tick boxes and a "place stamp here" little box thingy in the corner. So impressed with them - they look really professional.

Also got 250 business cards in our colour scheme, pretty much blank but with "thank you for celebrating with us" at the top which I'm going to write (or maybe print somehow) people's names on and use as place cards on the reception tables. Only having about 120 guests so might use the leftover ones on our favours or something as well.

It hasn't been mentioned but I assume people know you can also go through TopCashBack for Vista Print? I spent £5.07 on postage for all the above, the actual cards etc being free after they sent me one of their offers emails, but got £5 cash back so actual cost 7p :j Still waiting for it to be paid after quite a few weeks, but the £5 has tracked through and been confirmed so just have to be patient.

I love vistaprint, I'd never thought of using it for bits for the wedding but now I've started I can't get enough! We've had our save the date cards, our inserts for our invitations, t-shirts, notebooks, the list is pretty much endless! You can get all sorts off there & once you've placed an order you get emails all the time with offers in them. It seems you can have 2 free items per order but there's no limit on order numbers from what I can tell :) I'm definitely thinking of ordering a banner for the wedding :)

I can't believe it. I've placed loads of orders so far (2 tonight!), just saw someone mention cash back, checked quidco & you can get cashback :( How did I miss that one?!?

  • I have just ordered save the date cards, and been planning menus, rsvp's, etc and thought a brochure would be awesome but where as everything else I want has my pattern he brochures dont

Will have to think of another way to do the invitations
  • I love Vistaprint...their stuff is lovely quality...we had our Save the Dates from them, then ordered invites, RSVP's and also printed out fab drink tokens on the business cards...they look really good...just trying to source some very tiny enveloes to put them in so we can double up as place names, that will attach to favours

:doh:DOH!! What a numpty I am! As I mentioned above I got postcards as RSVP cards and asked people to return them to us, but forgot to suggest they do so in an envelope.

So I ordered some more with the missing words, but have now noticed I haven't put the 'reply by' date on the cards! It is on the invite so that'll have to do! Can't be ordering a 3rd lot of cards!!
