That is odd, as I would have thought you should have. Have you looked in "all programmes" or whatever it might be called on your phone0 -
What Android phone do you have, and which network are you on?
I've not had any problem with downloading apps on my Desire, and they're not 'buggy' at all.
Here's a good place to start. http://htcapps.com/0 -

About average for a smart phone. Obviously depends what one is using. The assisted Sat Nav for example is pretty heavy on juice.0 -

but no smart phone is perfect.
At the end of the day, you only really have two choices at the moment, Android or an iPhone. Android may still have a few software problems, and they are only a few these days, but updates will fix things as they crop up. The iPhone on the other hand can't even make phone calls, depending on where you are trying to use it. I know which problems I would rather have.
If you've never heard anything good about Android you must have been living under a rock for the past year or two.I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -

The Vivaz Pro runs on Symbian S60, not Android, that might be your problem!
If you are still within your cancellation period then I would seriously consider exchanging the phone.I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -

Incidentally, I bought a Desire 2400MaH battery and extended back cover the other week. It adds 5mm to the thickness of the phone (so isn't exactly slim) but is much neater than external battery extender solutions and will be very handy for extended periods away from power. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.
In every town, in every state. In every house and every gate.
Wth every precious smile you make. And every act of kindness.

Where do we stand on this? Can we take it back for another phone?

You can get apps for Symbian although the choice is far more limited compared to Android or the iPhone. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
