Bit embarrassing...

Hi all, I know this should be a money saving thread but I'm having a little crisis and dont know where else to go!
I've got really trapped wind and its painful and I really need to pee!
Thing is, the girls toilet are more or less a cupboard right in the office so everyone can hear what goes on in there and everytime I go the wind keeps unexpectedly escaping and is making it so embarrassing for me I cant pee!!!
Luckily I get my lunch break at 12 so just over 30 mins and then I'm going to have to rush home just to pee!
This is so degrading and am so embarrassed but just would like to know if this has ever happened or if anyone could just try to cheer me up

Go into the toilet and turn on the sink tap full or get a good friend to call you on your mobile and then just let it ring, or both!
DD visited China last month. She told us they have cute little gadgets in the public toilet cubicle that play music to cover any noises, how discreet!No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -
That would be a brilliant solution but the sink is so stupidly quiet it wouldnt make a difference and i'm not allowed my phone on at work.
Such a silly little situation I've found myself in but highly uncomfortable! lol!

Flush the chain as you go in and then go to the loo while the cistern is making a noise - would this help?0

In future - this is my top tip - take about 4 pieces of toilet roll and fold it up and hold it against your bum. It muffles any sound so you can 'go' but silently!I have realised I will never play the Dane!
Where are my medals? Everyone else on here has medals!!

nettle and fennel tea by twinings is great for it!! xDebt to clear: feels endless...
Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb
Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..
