Always check the invoices. A friend who legitimately used the £5 off code and it accepted it at the time, so balance was 0.01, got charged £5.01.

But a swift phone call soon put it right.

i got the 'jug' letter too. i don't remember doing anything to qualify? Well, it's a little bonus for all the times i've had to call them to correct their errors!!

Forgot to say I won a jug too!! I think anyone using the copella apple juice code got entered to win one - no idea how many they were giving out though, seems like everyone's "won" one!

My jam wasn't there on Saturday and still hasn't come. The milkman left a note saying he'd get it to me, seeing as it's free.

I didn't realise the milkman knew about all these offers - I hope he's not out of pocket due to people like me just ordering offers? I assumed the company made the loss, I hope so!

I left a note in the comment box on their site saying I hadn't been credited the ASKAMUM or the DUNKFREE code and asking them to ring me. Iv had no phone call but just checked my invoice (just before I phone them) and their customer service has left a 'goodwill gusture' for the invoice total. Score.

Not bad for free shopping to my door and a bigger box of biscuits then I should have got :rotfl:

Lol are you joking? Obviously the company makes the loss (although it isnt a loss when it gets them more customers).

my hubby is a postman and he has been speaking to the local milkman about the free jugs and apparantley as in incentive to the milkman if one of their customers wins a jug then they win £100!!!!
