Milk&More -Free offers [merge]

Even tho' the T&C's apply to me and the offer doesn't expire until 26/11 it repsonds:-
"The promotion is not active on any of the dates currently in the shopping basket"
But I have a regular order each week and am placing an extra item for tomorrow!

I got that before. No idea why. Are you sure you used DUNKFREE and not FREEDUNK?

Well actually, as I typed, I was trying for the ASKAMUM offer when I got that response.
Now tho' it shows:-
"Sorry, you've already used a sign up promotion so are not eligible for this offer."
But I have also tried the DUNKFREE and that gives the same response.
Both offers I beleive are meant to be for new and exisiting customers and are both still in date.

Yes, sorry I didn't notice the title of your previous post. The T&C's DO allow you to use the codes, it just seems the codes have either been configured incorrectly or its false marketing which makes them look back.

If you want to use one of the codes, just make another account with another email address, set up a direct debit again (I have 2 from milkandmore going to the same bank account) and use the offer. the sites T&C's don't say anything about not having more then 1 account, even though their staff lie and say it does, they never prove it.

As for the dunkfree code, the milkman delivered the wrong box today - I have the 'St Kew Farmhouse Biscuits 1kg' which is £7.99. I won't complain when its free I spose :beer:

oh thats good because ive wasted the aptimel, free biscuits and cheap pouring yoguart because they can't get my address right. i have been trying to place orders now since october and i have 28 pounds pending because of none deliveries. i hope they get this sorted because there are things i want and ive been avoiding getting because or order with them. i have even put in the instructions box to sort it out. the milk man has come to my house and told me what the problem is but why he couldn't give me my order at the same time god only knows. i put an order in when it was snowing at the begining of the year and got it. even though it was 5pm. i will be happy to try and solrt this out with them im sick and tired of calling. the phone calls come to more than ive saved now.!
