So if I have an invoice for £10.25 on my account, does that mean the £10 TGRAPH didn't come off and I'm going to be charged the full amount? Or does it only get deducted after the 20th? If you don't do anything, it won't come off and you will get charged the full amount. You'll need to ring them- they're generally pretty good with refunds and should take it off your invoice- but make sure you do this well before the 20th.0 -
What is their telephone no please?0

No email contact address.
I thought you were only invoiced on the 20th of the month? I seem to have a running tally of my orders so far (which updates when I add orders) but wasn't worried about the £10 not showing as the full month isn't up yet..
yes have just checked original T&C - they state 'The £10 off will be visible on the first invoice when received on or around the 20th of the month of ordering'0 -

This sounds a little fuzzy to me. 20th of the month of ordering? How do they know what your gonna order on the 24th? If I order on the 24th of November then by their logic, I should be invoiced for this order on the 20th of this month, which would have been in the past.
Surely it should say "The £10 off will be visible on the first invoice when received on or after the 20th of the month of ordering or the month following if ordered after the 20th."
That seems clearer, I assume it's what they meant although it has been written by me. I have 2 accounts - 1 which used a sign up offer and 1 which didn't. It worked on the one which didn't (said code had been applied) but the biscuits stayed at £4.99. Iv ordered them, but we'll see.Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement.
