Milk&More -Free offers [merge]

Hi - does anyone know if there's an email address for milk&more please as they emailed me to offer me the biscuits but when i input the code it says i'm not eligible as i used a sign up promotion - surely they knew this when they emailed me the code so why did they bother?

I'm a little annoyed but not enough to warrant ringing an 0845 number or writing a letter so just wondered if there was another way to contact them. Thanks

Ts and Cs say for new and existing customers but as usual doesn't work for me as I've used a sign up offer previously and get an error when I try to use it.

Advice in a previous post (sorry can't recall who), was to put a comment in the "how are we doing" comments box on the left hand side of the page.

It worked for me, they called me back next day.

You could also try facebook, they have there own page, and people are commenting on it and they are responding!

Received my free £5 Delia stuff today. Jordans fruit and nut muesli is great. I should have used more milk though, next time I'll order that too

OMG the thread ...the milk!!....I forgot about the DELIA code ordered it Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Just checked outside it's still there nice and chilled. In the fridge now. Thanks for the code. It'll take me a while to get used to this delivery thing, lucky it's cold this time of year, by the time it gets to summer I should remember to check every morning.
