Shed felt roof put on upside down?

Hope this doesn't sound really stupid but I have brought a house. The shed roof had a rip in the felt and was letting water in. So I brought some felt to recover it. However my father in law in his wisdom did it for me and put the felt on upside down. So the grey hard side is facing down. Do you think this will be okay or…
