Glad it isn't just me then! - the Henry hoover I have heard good things about but that's one of the older models isn't it - think it's just the newer bagless models that are rubbish.

I too now have brought a temporary bagged hoover as had to replace the Vax with something as it wasn't picking up anything. Just took it down to the tip last weekend.
Will prob get a Dyson when I move but think this is the only bagless cleaner I would buy now

I contacted Vax through their normal website as well and they confirmed that it was legit
