Motor Insurance renewed by Barclays for dying man!

    And they still didn't get one of the points, did they? If anyone, it was your uncle who was the "valued customer".
    42 years of experience in the insurance industry.
    And nothing the industry tries do to us surprises me any more!

    It’s still not clear, they seem to hop from “will renew” to “may renew” every other sentence……

    And what exactly is the choice between “yes” and “no”?

    Both seem to include auto renewal, one with Barclays and one with the “existing insurer” whoever that might be (if not Barclays)
