Safe download to repair lxbkjswr.dll

I am trying to use my printer and it keeps coming up with an error of the lxbkjswr.dll file.
I have googled it and there are a fair few places that say use their registry programs to scan and repair my system, but which are safe - the last thing I need is to give access to someone and discover I have got a nasty bug from them!
I run Avast and Malawarebyte with windows firewall if that makes any difference, first time I ran Malaware it found and destroyed something but I cannot remember what it was or if it was related to the .dll file.

Yes, I uninstalled the original drivers, rebooted, ran the extra program to get rid of remnants, rebooted.
Installed the driver from the Lexmark site
Error still happened

Usually those sites will scan for free, then charge to fix the massive amounts of (fake) errors it's found.

Download a replacement DLL from here:

http://www.down-dll.com/index.php?file-download=lxbkjswr.dll&dsc=jsw-resource-DLL

It doesn't appear to be part of the lexmark driver setup, so that's why your re-install didn't fix it. Copy the new file and overwrite the existing one (probably inside the Windows/System32 folder?)

Please open malwarebytes, goto LOGS and post the WHOLE of the log that found something

Damn, its now coming up with lxbkaiox an unsupported operation was attempted - will google that and see how it goes, at least its got itself over the first hurdle though

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)
