Put a £0 limit on it.

Just phone them up and ask for this. I did, so I know I will never go over my monthly payment that I signed up for.

Whilst you can do this Three specifically state this is not to be used for budgetting and they cannot guarantee you will not get a charge later on.

Most people have said it works fine, but theres always the change you will get a charge. In some cases roaming data does not get back to the network until 24 hours later so you could have run up the bill before the limit kicks in

Can Vodaphone put a limit on as well?

    No.

Odd really thats exactly how PAYG works, no credit no calls, but contracts can't be set up with a limit.
