    That was July, were almost into September.

    intresting point of view, but i can only think that the only reason this thread is still going is because its struck a chord with the forum as more peoplel realize that house prices are going to continue falling. what other possible explantion is their

    I've not seen a topical point since the 19th in this thread so hardly "struck a chord with the forum "
