Don't forget to put the tooth under your pillow. Always worked for me as a kid.

Admittedly I only got sixpence but it should be at least a couple of quid nowadays, and no messing about with solicitors necessary.

He could invest the money in some better cereal rather than the Aldi crap...

    Quick Update.
Had a tele call direct from the supplier of the cereal today. They are forwarding the cost of my weekly shop (£100). They were very apologetic and very surprised at Aldi's attitude.
    Thanks for all the advice.

Sandoval, the cereal you eat is probably the same as i eat, you just pay a little more for better packaging using a higher grade of cardboard ...... wake up to how these suppliers are ripping gulable people such as yourself off.
I do hope you take the above comments as intended... that is as words of advice.

Not really that surprised, why should the retailer fork out for the suppliers fault?

Good on you in following it up and accepting a reasonable amount
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

4 people on the ignore list....Bliss!

So I hope your going to give the £100 to someone far more needy than you. You kept stating it wasn't about the money just the principle. Or are you just going to be a hypocrite?
