Hi, yes I've checked the website and no new vouchers and I've called them and been told that no-one will have their vouchers online until the 13th. When I said that some people have got them already they said it was impossible!

Wow! How did that happen then!?
Not ready until 13th eh? So why do they say that opting to have your statement and vouchers available online is quicker than waiting for the postal service? I need to contact them about this.

    Well we've obviously spooked them.
Mine were definitely there at 8.25 this morning (I copied down the values and serial numbers) but they've vanished again now!

I do hope that isn't because I phoned!

The lady I spoke to said they'd just had a meeting and no-one could have them until the 13th, perhaps someone undid what they'd already done after the meeting.

Who knows?! I'm sure they don't! :wall:
I was surprised to see them there TBH, presumably some were put up too early, in error.

I've spent mine already, so they are (EDIT:WERE-they've GONE!) there.

Last time they came in after 5 days too.

I elect to have postal vouchers/statements. No statement/points showing online

Tesco have altered their website. It is harder to find what I wanted to book under the Rewards system.

Last year I bought tokens for us both and our two grandchildren, aged 6 and 9 for SeaLife and the Tower at Weymouth, Dorset. No problems at all. To do the same now it looks as though they are not in the scheme. But wait...

Firstly, the heading has changed from 'Rewards' to 'Exchange & Rewards'. From there you scroll down to choose 'Fun' in a box, then choose Days Out>Theme Parks>South West>Dorset. You will only see one item - Adventure Wonderland - Location: Bournemouth. It is not what I was expecting. In Dorset it may be, but that is not the only Theme Park in that county.

Just to check I tried the same route but using 'Family Fun' instead of 'Theme Parks' but it gave one item again - Abbotsbury Children's Farm - Location: Abbotsbury. Also not what I wanted.

I had to enter 'SeaLife' into the Search Box to find it! Not really easy then, as I discovered. A new customer searching for Days Out in that area would not find SeaLife there.

Last year I could get tokens in a joint offer on both the Tower and SeaLife, in Weymouth, but it is not offered on the new Tesco website this year. Only SeaLife is shown.

I too am waiting for my Statement, and, for the first time, online instead of by post. I had read that to opt to have your statement and vouchers online would mean no more waiting for the post! Well, I am still waiting for it, since Saturday 4th May 2013.

I wonder, do all statements go out on the same date to everyone? If so then those dates must be quite busy times for the Data Input Operatives! However, when can I have my statement and my vouchers, I want to know, as we go to Weymouth on 25th of May? :(

I rang about this a fortnight ago, apart from the fact that I have been receiving 'Error:unexpected error occurred' message for a over a week whenever I try to get to said page.
I like to browse all the offers, check on new ones and those with limited availability, in case there's something that appeals besides my usual YHA/SYHA nights away[reduced to 3x face value now]and caf! rouge choices, RHS membership, senior railcard etc.
What also became clear is that c.s hours/phone manning are greatly reduced.
Outcome: they were stumped, still are and I don't know how I can choose anything now without seeing the pages.
All other aspects of my a/c are visible, including the same messages you all see.
    Hope you do better.

Well, ampersand, it looks as though they have got it in a right old mess!

It's always the way with things though, that companies have great offers and service only to "improve" it, and really it means that they have reduced it in some way.

a.k.a. 'It isn't broken: let's fix it!' and occurs when companies, people, committees, governments, panic.

Examples abound in all of the above atm.

Why, with the 'post' it doesn't mean that everyone's will arrive on the 13th! Only that they start arriving on the 13th, it might be the 25th! That is - there should arrive anytime within the two weeks commencing the 13th! Providing that as at the 4th May your CC address was correct!?
