Tesco have altered their website. It is harder to find what I wanted to book under the Rewards system.

Last year I bought tokens for us both and our two grandchildren, aged 6 and 9 for SeaLife and the Tower at Weymouth, Dorset. No problems at all. To do the same now it looks as though they are not in the scheme. But wait...

Firstly, the heading has changed from 'Rewards' to 'Exchange & Rewards'. From there you scroll down to choose 'Fun' in a box, then choose Days Out>Theme Parks>South West>Dorset. You will only see one item - Adventure Wonderland - Location: Bournemouth. It is not what I was expecting. In Dorset it may be, but that is not the only Theme Park in that county.

Just to check I tried the same route but using 'Family Fun' instead of 'Theme Parks' but it gave one item again - Abbotsbury Children's Farm - Location: Abbotsbury. Also not what I wanted.

I had to enter 'SeaLife' into the Search Box to find it! Not really easy then, as I discovered. A new customer searching for Days Out in that area would not find SeaLife there.

Last year I could get tokens in a joint offer on both the Tower and SeaLife, in Weymouth, but it is not offered on the new Tesco website this year. Only SeaLife is shown.

I too am waiting for my Statement, and, for the first time, online instead of by post. I had read that to opt to have your statement and vouchers online would mean no more waiting for the post! Well, I am still waiting for it, since Saturday 4th May 2013.

I wonder, do all statements go out on the same date to everyone? If so then those dates must be quite busy times for the Data Input Operatives! However, when can I have my statement and my vouchers, I want to know, as we go to Weymouth on 25th of May? :(

    Tesco Clubcard points.

As new to Tesco points is this message normal when points are being converted ?

We are currently processing your Clubcard statement. Any points carried forward to your next statement will be added to your account soon. Check back next week!

How long would it normally take

last time the points collection period was 21/10/12 to 26/1/13 and I redeemed some online on the 1/2/13 (took 5 days)

This period 27/1/13 to 4/5/13 so the points maybe up online tmw (10th) FB is saying the statements start going out on the 13th

No statement yet for me either. Are they doing it alphabetically by surname? Mines an 'S', so...it's going to take a longer time.
