sounds like youre having a good week so far!! :)
Thanks for the SW tips- I did have a look on amazon etc.. for the books but couldnt find the ones you get in class (perhaps theyre not allowed to be sold!)...any idea where you could get hold of them? I did buy a magazine and looked thru the thread on here - thanks for the link!
I vaguely remember a colleague doing it and something about red/green but cant remember! Dont really want to shell out a fiver a week as dont have too much to lose really but need to get motivated!! I suppose fitting into all the clothes in my wardrobe would be one! :rotfl:
A lot of it is comfort eating junk I think so getting out of the habit of that would be a first good step! ;)
glad the accupuncture continuing to go well - and if you win the lottery remember your MFW friends eh?! :rotfl: I saw on tv last night its a 17M rollover- that might persuade even me to buy a ticket!- I could pay off everyone on the boards mortgage at that rate!

    Afternoon all! :j

Today, I am celebrating my 31st birthday - Gosh I am feeling old!! Best thing is I am off work today, so I don't have to spend the day with miserable people!! Woohoo!
OH & I spent Sat & Su in a very nice country manor house in Cheshire..Very enjoyable to relax and get away from the rat race..
Billy, if you are reading this, you will be pleased to know that I steered away from the cheese option, and went for the chocolate option in your honour!! ;)
We finished the day nicely with a good massage in the spa over there..
This morning was breakfast in bed followed by card & presents opening... My 11's was lovely cappucino and my "Stig" birthday cake!!
I'll be off shortly to call the mortgage company to get the latest balance on our account..
I popped over to the post office to send off the CD & DVD's mto Music Magpie to get my £55 (+£5.50 cashback).. Also popped over to the bank to cash in the cheques from the in-laws (thanks :D)..

Tonight is table tennis, and hopefully a good victory to round up a jolly good day!

    Cheers
