Hi Froggy
Either way you need a car don't you? Soeither way you are going to be paying out. I think you would be wise to stay away from re-financing - how much will you save a month by not having the car lease anymore?

I would save £234 a month, so I would recoup the payout quite quickly, under a year I expect.. I would not re-finance with them though, as I would find a better deal with my bank (5.7%)..
I ma just a bit wary of plugging most of my savings into buying out the car..

Snow changed into torrential rain by the time I left work..
Tonight's battle is against the paper Gremlins! They keep coming back for some reasons.. I blame GG for being the leader of the paper Gremlins army!
Mojo on its way back.. Tidy desk, tidy mind and all that..

Afternoon all
Phoned water company after they had installed the water meter.. My monthly bill has come down by £10.98 (I do wash, honest!).. It should come down a bit further once they have more data about consumption..
No more snow down here.. Well disappointed..
More paper Gremlins to fight tonight but will do that whilst watching one of the movies I got for xmas.. multi tasking, yeah :j Go me!

Since it doesn't end till 2014 - just play it by ear - you never know what's going to happen between now and then - your savings could be a lot more by then (with all the lottery wins and huge bonuses! :rotfl:)
I have paper gremlins too (big style) I am sure someone has been feeding them or dropping water on them...;)

Well, another busy day at work.. Late finish.. Had my invitation for my yearly appraisal with my boss for this coming Monday.. Let's see if I can survive that one and dodge the bullet..
I have managed to call the different pension providers to update my details so that's another item ticked off my list..
On another note, I have registered myself with the Frog embassy in London.. It's only taken me 12 yearsBut needs must, as I will have to renew my passport in November or I might be marched back to the border or thrown into the Channel..
It's absolutely freezing out here.. -7c forecasted overnight, and heavy snow on its way on Friday & Saturday.. brrrrrrr
I am taking my hot water bottle to bed and a good book..
