Just finished my first tank of Fuelsave.
Normal range is between 460 & 480 miles with 5-10 to go (based on car computer).
Range with Fuelsave 502 miles with 15 to go (based on car computer).
Cars Computer previously indicated approx 38 mpg, now indicates approx 40.5 mpg.
Nothing different about the routes taken, just normal driving to & from work (mostly along motorway).
Figures are only based on 1 tank, so maybe its a fluke, maybe not0 -
Try another tank, compare the results0

Will do Gordon. Its just my first tank, but I was pretty surprised.0

You only get 80 mpg, if you drive for 8 hours non stop at an average speed of 3.2 mph.
Oh yes, it must not be a "Hotrod", just modified!;)
NB. Mondeo modded - top speed 170 mph
Mondeo Hotrod - top speed Warp Factor Five.0 -

Has anyone used tesco momentum 99? According to their website a car similar to mine will do 6 MPG more than on the 95 ron.
In one tank that adds up to 55 more miles and just over a gallon saving which far outweighs the additional cost.
Is this a marketing thing, or will it actually be worth it?
I'm sure on the Radio before on my into work it said it was 5pence per litre more for the Momentum.
So using the 4.546litres per gallon and assuming 40mpg on standard fuel...
A Gallon of petrol @ £1.129 per litre which I pay at the Shell on my home = £5.13
Over 40mpg that works out at 0.128pence per mile.
So add the extra 5p a litre for the Momentum and a Gallon @ £1.179 per litre = £5.36
Add the extra 6 mpg = 46mpg = 0.1165 Pence per mile..
So a smidge Over a penny a Mile...0 -

When you're struggling to get 30mpg a penny a mile helps :rotfl:.
Sceptical though, tbh0
