Appalling quality 'bespoke' suit. Can I take the tailor to court?

Hello,
This is my first posting on the site. I will be grateful if anyone can help me.
I bought a suit from Regalia 'bespoke' tailors,
10 Sicilian Avenue, London. They have a website but I'm not allowed to post the link because I am new.
Various problems:
* They guarantee perfect fit or a full refund. The suit doesn't fit. I went to two fittings and they don't seem to have changed the fit of the suit at all. When I point out that it doesn't fit in a certain place they say things like, 'Well, that's so that you've plenty of room to move your arms.'
* They said they would use the finest materials. The lining is a nasty cheap polyester. It makes a noise when you move about!
* Their signs say the suit will be ready within three weeks. It took closer to four and still did not fit after that time.
* The way the suit is sewn together is wrong. I showed the suit to a woman who makes clothes for Vivian Westwood, and she pointed out a few places where there is not enough material for the suit to hold together. She said, 'If you take this suit to the dry cleaners it will come back in pieces.'
* The suit is already coming apart after I wore it just once.
* They said the suit would be 'Italian' but it was made by a Chinese man. I am not racist and actually do not care who makes the suit as long as the quality is good. But does the fact that they lied about this help if I take them to court?
When I asked for a refund they said they will not give me a refund. When I said I would take them to court they laughed.
Visa say they will not chargeback the payment because the goods were supplied and the goods were 'as described'.
Can I take them to court? How to proceed?
Any help appreciated. But PLEASE only post a response if you know a thing or two about the legal situation or if you know SPECIFICALLY how to proceed. Thank you for any help.

The suit is already coming apart after I wore it just once.
If thats the case then its faulty, they cant just laugh you out of the store.0 -
PLEASE only reply if you know what I shoud do. Replies that don't really say anything factual will just put people off replying to the this thread. No offence but I'm not here to have a chat, I have been conned out of £700 and I'm very poor and desparately need to get the money back.
Can anybody help? Does anybody know what I should do?0 -

What a rude ignorant person you are.
LIKE I SAID, THEY CANT JUST LAUGH YOU OUT OF STORE, THE ITEM IS FAULTY IF HAS FALLEN TO BIT AFTER WEARING IT ONCE.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS TAKE IT BACK- IS THAT SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND, I APPRECIATE YOU DONT WANT TO TALK:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Perhaps a £49 suit from asda would have been a better option if money is tight0 -

"Don't worry sir, they'll ride up with wear".
W. C. Humphries, Grace Brothers Dept. Store.
Take it back, or if you have already tried that send a letter recorded delivery to the business stating the problems with the suit and ask for the faults to be rectified, or for a replacement or refund, state with 10 working days to respond.[DISCLAIMER: Any posts made by myself are my opinions and do not represent my employer]
God put me on Earth to acomplish a certain number of things.
Right now I am so far behind I will probably never be allowed to die!0 -
You could try filing a law SUIT....."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Will anybody help is probably a better question, given the treatment of the first person who tried to help...
