Morning All!
I'm still skint I'm afraid. 10 days til payday! Booo! On the plus side, OH has been paid so we can eat etc.
I did Shred Day 5 on Sat (skipped Friday) and will be doing Shred Day 6 tonight (skipped yesterday). I skipped Friday, as well, it was Friday! lol and yesterday was because I had another migraineBoooo!
Anyway, MinniMe - It gets easier and the pain eases off around Day 3. I am feeling much better for it. I'm recovering a lot quicker, and am now able to do the whole workout, all the way through, on the hard versions (except push ups!) without stopping.
I actually weighed myself with the Wii Fit last night and I haven't changed weight since the last time (240 days ago! hahaha) I checked, but I'm not trying to lose weight, just tone up. But my balance seems to have improved as I did very well on both the tests and my Wii Fit age is now 25. 2 years younger than my actual age! Wahoo!
Anyone else find that the Wii Fit wants you to be super skinny? My weight is in the healthy range for my height, but they want me to come down to a BMI of 22 - which is ideal according to them. But would require me losing another 3kg!! If I did that, I'd be a size 6!! Trust me, size 8 is not a good look on me, let alone size 6!
Anyway, have a good day all!

£1.75 from me today. Spent Saturday night catching up with an old friend and despite having not seen each other properly for years, it was just like 'old times'. OHs both commented on how spooky it is that we're so similar!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

ohh booby - hope yiur feeling better soon.
WELL!! 2days in a row of shred and man do I hurt! Any of you that have ben doing it for a while - are you starting to see results?
Thanks MinniMe - its just so debilitating (am sat here in a darkened room, feeling drunk without the alcohol and rocking from side to side in an effort to keep the pc screen straight!).
Wish I could keep my balance long enough to do Shred, really miss it at the mo. I tried Level 2 about a week ago and it nearly killed me so have decided that when I recover I will start with Level 1 but do it for 30 days before I even think about moving to Level 2. That said, I was seeing a huge difference in the shape/tone of my arms and legs....just annoyed that I can't do it at the mo.DFW Nerd no. 108LBM: Jan 2010 DFD: June 2014 - 27.1% paid off so farWeight loss (started 12/05/2012) = 37lbs/109lbs0 -

Hugs for you Booby! I've had Vertigo before. Came on so suddenly, but then I couldn't even turn my head without the world spinning!
It's so frustrating, becase you feel OK if you lay completely still, so you're bored and want to do stuff, but you know that if you move, everything will start to spin again. I also felt quite naueaus (sp?) with it. Have you seen the doc? Mine prescribed so tablets (there was no ear infection with me) and they helped a lot!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

Went to the walk in centre yesterday and they prescribed me some tablets that seemed to help a bit (only 2 days worth of tabs tho) so am going to the docs this evening to hopefully get some more. I am having a bit of agro with one of my ears but am not sure if its an infection.....I thought it might be but then the pain has gone away today but the spinning still remains.:rotfl:This emoticon sums it up beautifully....except for the smile which is more of a frown.DFW Nerd no. 108LBM: Jan 2010 DFD: June 2014 - 27.1% paid off so farWeight loss (started 12/05/2012) = 37lbs/109lbs0 -

I understand. Mine decided to come on at a really odd time. I was in the bath, and had just lay my head down under the water. Ahhhhh....so relaxing. Tried to pull my head up and no good, room spinning, couldn't get anything to stay still so had to call for help! lol
It was so strange and sudden. I'd been at work all day previous to that and had felt absolutely fine! Hopefully the doc will prescribe you some more docs and you'll be back to normal in no time.
Now, I'm off to figure out what Zhu Zhu pets are!February wins: Theatre tickets0
