Thank you for all the get well wishes.
Still got the vertigo and looks as though an ear infection is causing it. Will prob have to visit the docs tomorrow to get something for my ear, doh! Will just have to stay very still in a darkened room all day (boring!).
Right then, yesterdays total = £540.44
Special mention to Azkaban420 for the pad boosting which stopped us having our lowest daily figure to date, phew! :T

Morning all,
The dreaded shred arrived and day 1 has been done. Not too much pain today, but can definately feel it in my thighs, not sure how i'll feel after i do it today tho. Weighed in this morning and i'm the same as last week, i expected to have gained with it being my birthday n all so i was quite please, i measured myself too. Right i've now got 5wks 1 day till i go away so hoping to do the shred every day for 30 days then every other.
Right back to business. My pads for the last few days are as follows
