Same here! I did level 1 for the 3rd time yesterday and did the whole lot without stopping, and I did the hard versions
except for the push ups which my wrists simply will not let me do
so I substitute the first set for some of the full crunches and the second set for some shoulder presses. I just can't put weight on my wrists it's agony!
Guess I should move to level 2 soon...
Surprisingly, I haven't had any issues with my wrists as yet, so I'm pleased with that.
I'm not moving onto Level 2 before Day 11! lol. I want to get to the point where I can do all of the hard versions AND find that relatively easy. Not there yetEspecially as when I tried to do the full version of the press up's on Day 1, I could only manage 1. I tried to do another, but was unable to push myself up from the floor! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I really don't want it to look like I'm ignoring this post, but I really don't know what I can say. Having not had children, I can't even begin to imagine the pain of carrying a child and then not getting to 'know' them
