    :hello: Hellooo!

It has been a long long time but figured I should really update and post something! How's everyone doing..?

Well since my last post (back in March!!) and as a poor poor student I have only managed to clear monies from DD payments but it it helps for the totals then it totals 1,820.99 GBP.

Hopefully should be milling about a wee bit more however holidays are a callin' a week on Monday!! :D

    Take it easy people!

    Danko xx

    Good Morning All! :)

I won €5 on the lottery! Wahooo. I can retire! lol

I did Shred again last night. It's getting easier! :D I only had to stop (just for a couple seconds) twice throughout the whole workout! :) And.....even OH noticed that I wasn't as out of breath or red as the first two days. Yay!!!!! And I had more energy after, this time, to get on with the housework, have dinner etc. And, and, and, I'm not as sore today! Wahoooo!!!

Right, just gotta keep it up now. But OH is being very supportive. He cheers me on as I'm doing it and even told me he 'admires me' for doing it the other night. I think that's because he kinda wants to too, but is too scared/embarrassed.

Big hugs for everyone! I hope you're all OK!

    Sorry, no PAD. I ain't got no money....when I'm in needdddddd.....lalalalalala.

Same here! I did level 1 for the 3rd time yesterday and did the whole lot without stopping, and I did the hard versions :D except for the push ups which my wrists simply will not let me do :o so I substitute the first set for some of the full crunches and the second set for some shoulder presses. I just can't put weight on my wrists it's agony!
Guess I should move to level 2 soon...

I am going to be absent for a week or so now as I am going to Germany tonight for a 'holiday' but really it's a few family get together type things. I'm padding £5.68 for the next few days and then I'll see what the money situation is when I get back. I also have my dad's 50th present to pay for so I will need to make sure I've got enough for that.

Have a good week everyone xxx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
