And on the subject of weight loss and all things of a Shreddy nature (I'm going to try and keep my PAD posts and my Lardarse posts separate here for those who want to skip over the Lardy ones) I have so far lost another 1.5lbs this week, and hopefully will have more to report when I officially weigh in at the weekend (or Monday). Overall loss since 3/7/10 is in my sig. I don't think there's realistically any way I'm going to hit my goal of 22lbs before my wedding now, but I'll keep going and see what I can do anyway.

I did Shred Level 1 on Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri last week and have so far done it Mon/Tues this week. I was planning on doing it tonight too, but need to do the month's shop once the fiance's back from work and I don't want to be eating at 10pm...again  There's no way I can eat straight after Shred - it's hard to swallow and gasp for breath at the same time :rotfl: So I might have a night off like last week.

In all honesty though I'm actually enjoying it - which I never thought I would - and I'm not finding it as hard as expected. I'm sure that opinion will change when I attempt Level 2, however (which might be this week).

  • Morning all. Need some advice if you don't mind.

The night before I threw a MAJOR hissy fit at OH for something that completely wasn't his fault. I say threw a hissy fit at him - I was in a bad mood about something and took it out on him. Last night he went out of his way to make me feel better about the original thing that had upset me (so difficult to explain this without saying what the hissy fit was about). I'd like to do something to show him how much I appreciate his efforts and for putting up with me. Any ideas?

    PaD of £3.04 today.

Well as a male myself, the answer to that probably isn't too difficult. But I've got a one track mind so you probably better ignore me :) .
  • Congrats on the debt clearance Saorsie.
I hope that doesn't mean that you're leaving.

I'd say a let him have a bit of action in the afternoon and then send him on his way for a night out with the boys without any complaints about how much he spent or what time he got in :D
