  • Angelic, could you not say to him that you need to use the change in your purse "in the machine in the ladies". Nothing shuts a man up quicker than the mention of women's issues!

Hahahahahaha, that reminds me of my male PE teacher at school.

One of the girls used to bring in a note from her Mum every week, saying that she couldn't do PE due to bad period pains!

After about 2-3 months of this, he asked me if I thought it was true. My response: 'How often do you think women are supposed to have periods?' Him: 'Once a mon.....ooohhhh' Me: 'Also, the best thing for period pains is exercise. So, unless she has a serious medical condition related to all this, then she's having you on.'

He had simply accepted it for so long cos he was too scared to ask questions! And yes, she was participating in PE every week after a talk with her and her Mum.

You should read up more about it. Inform yourself. Knowledge is power and all that!

Most women are fine, don't have such bad problems and won't use it as an excuse. But....there are those who experience awful problems in that area, and some who are just plain lazy and use it as an excuse.
