Hope you all had good weekends and have a good day today. Looking forward to home time as I have tomorrow off. The next expansion of World of Warcraft becomes available at midnight tonight (I digitally pre-ordered) and, well, I'm sad enough to take a day off to play it! haha

    xx

My son had digitally ordered it too euro - he met his GF online playing WOW, I would say that was sad too but I have met her and she is lovely - far too good for him:rotfl:

Ahh, a kindred spirit! I didn't meet OH this way, but it was a great way for us to share something together and chat when he was in Belgium and me in the UK.

The leaders of our Guild met online though. She was living in the UK and he in NL at the time. Now they're married and she lives here too! :D

  • Hi all

Euro - my 3 youngest are all into WOW too  now you've said about the expansion thingy coming out tomorrow it explains why DS2 and 3 are moaning and trying to get tomorrow off lol :p

I forgot to say that DS2, who was laid off a while ago has now set his own business up with the help of my dad! He's given him a small van and has paid for his insurance etc and is buying him the tools he needs as he goes along! Would like to say that it was his dad who was helping but er no its not! He's been giving him advice on how to dodge paying tax! :(

Pad today is £2 cap1 pls

Afternoon everyone - we have freezing fog here in Cardiff. Two pairs of socks, a wooly scarf and a thick jumper and I'm still cold!
    And I'm in an office!:p
Anyway - £10 pad for me today please.
    Keep warm everyone
    Love Sassers xx

PS: James McNaughtie had me in stitches on radio 4 this morning - getting very mixed-up with Jeremy Hunt, the culture secretary's surname....:D

    Morning All!

One of my best friends split from her fella just over a week ago, and then her Birthday was on Weds last week. So, as a treat, I went halves on some personalized cupcakes to be delivered to her office with another friend. As I didn't have the cash, it was put on the CC. Naughty I know, but she moved miles away to be with him and, well, it was totally worth it to cheer her up a little.

What a lovely friend you are euro :T :T I'm sure it was appreciated by her... the cupcakes sound gorgeous!
