 Hello!! How are you? Not to busy spending now I hope! Now that the CC is paid off is that you completely debt free now?

    Hiya,

Sorry for the late reply! :D

Not, still got 3years to go on a bank loan but I'm going to try to save to get it paid off quicker.

I've only put a few quid aside just now but that's to go towards the cars service that's due just before xmas and then the tax is in Jan so the proper saving will start at the start of Feb.

But, I'm kinda enjoying the freedom that not owing on a cc has given me - I don't feel guilty for spending £15 on a take-away now when before, it was one of my big no-no's!! :o

I also know that I'm going to have to stop myself at some point soon before I start enjoing it too much

  • Mary - not sure if it's BoS you bank with, but if it is then you see "account renewed" when the account hits a certain amount of transactions. Essentially, it's like a till roll...when you fill the till roll it's time for a new one. It means that previous transactions are only available on a statement and not directly through the online function.

    Hope that makes sense!!

    Thank you!

Yeah that makes sense...I must have put through alot of transactions recently :o
