Mary - not sure if it's BoS you bank with, but if it is then you see "account renewed" when the account hits a certain amount of transactions. Essentially, it's like a till roll...when you fill the till roll it's time for a new one. It means that previous transactions are only available on a statement and not directly through the online function.
