Ive just tried it and have to admit I turned it off when I got to the second set of strength exercises. I couldn't do some of them properly, and it bored me. My right thigh does ache though after those static lunges!!

I did have intensions of getting it but there's a part timer at work who is a fitess freak. I never see her as we work totally different days but I met her in the gym once and she nearly killed me...I think another few gym sessions with her and I'll be size 12 in no timeStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Evening All,
PaD for me today is £31.32 please booby (feel a bit naughty typing that)
LondonAndy, when you've cleared the Barclaycard you should ask them if you can transfer some more at the LOB rate. I've just had an offer through and you can SBT it to your bank account - not sure if it would be any good for your loan??
I'm intrigued by Shred I must say. I have no intention of buying it as I know it would be a waste and I've already got a full gym type rowing machine in my basement so can't justify it. But I am interested in the type of exercises it has - any good for core strength??0 -
Evening Padders!
I took total advantage of the fact I didn't have to go to fat club today and I'm sure I must have put some beef on today
Anyway, pad of £15.00 please Booby!
Hope you all had a fab day! xStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

On the weight-loss subject, I have no idea if I have lost any weight but I've been eating a lot better while I haven't been at work... yesterday I had some bacon and beans as I was hungover, homemade chicken bacon and onion pie, with roasties and carrots and peas for dinner, homemade carrot cake in between (can't remember what I had for lunch, might be just the bacon) and today I've had leftover roast potatos and carrots with gravy for lunch, an apple, a slice of carrot cake and butternut squash risotto (weezls recipes) for dinner, and I'm just eating some pineapple. I did eat some very very yummy chilli doritos on monday night but I haven't been snacking the last 3 days.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
