Yes got the name, well thats if he gave me the right one
he knew by the end of the call that he had overstepped the mark and i was not happy. I should of asked to speak to someone more superior though, never thought of it at the time, think i was to angry 
Sky cut your package in half straightaway if you tell them you can't afford it anymore (well, so I was told - I don't have t.v anymore)
Maybe you should tell them you want to switch and see what they say! :cool:

Had a nightmare weekend my mobile phone was stolen so I had to purchase a replacement at a cost of £499!!!! waiting to hear back from the insurance but they only cover £300 of it :mad:
