    FWIW I used to work in a call centre and whenever someone asked to speak to a manager, we used to get the person sitting beside us to take the call - a majority of the time, customers only had to hear a different voice saying the same thing to make them believe it :o

    Had a nightmare weekend my mobile phone was stolen so I had to purchase a replacement at a cost of £499!!!! waiting to hear back from the insurance but they only cover £300 of it :mad:

    So no PAD for me till this is sorted sorry

    We are still a smidgeon ahead of £1k average a day folks - and I would love to post £30k + grand total for Sept so we stay on track for 1/2 a million so lots of nice PADs this week ??? :D:D
