    Afternoon everyone,

    £2.50
to HSBC CC for me today please.

I rang virgin yesterday to try and reduce our package, and all I can say about it is :mad:
They were so rude!! I explained the situation and asked if I could reduce the package, he said I could but would have to pay £100 admin fess - which I said wasn't worth it because it defeated the whole object of trying to save some money. He then asked why we took out a contract if I knew I was going to lose hours  not sure if he thinks im psychic enough to have predicted that 5 months ago?
Then he said he perhaps I should look for a new job - what the hell does he think I'm doing???!!!
So virgin media will be getting a very cross and stern letter of complaint from me.

    Sorry for the rant! :D

Call them again tomorrow and select the "thinking of leaving Virgin Media" option. Should get you through to their retentions team rather than customer services. They often have more authority to change your package price.

Extra roadkill PaD of 20p today
