I have been MIA but I'm back!!
I have made some PAD's of £30
Weight wise - I put on another 2lb  so I am back to what I was.
However on Saturday DH and I started the Slimming World plan, have got lots of 'free' food in and it seems to be going well. Weight in will be Sat am.
Really need to lose about 1st in 6 weeks, doubt I can do it but needs must - maybe the week before I will do a detox diet!!:rotfl:

EE Im going to SW later on for my weigh-in. After bbqs, drinking, weekend away I doubt I've lost anything. I'm looking to lose the same as you in a similar amount of time.
Maybe we can help each other? I get stuck on ideas and 'free' foods with SW so end up eating the same stuff.xBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I have just been playing around with my snowball that I created in October last year. I have paid off over £3350 since then!!
If I can pay £700 towards my debts a month, I can be debt-free in 16 months. If I reduce that to 500 per month then it'll take 23 months. I find it hard to forecase how much I'll be able to pay though as I get paid differently every month. I think I've found an incentive to stop spending when I have a 'good' pay and avoid a holiday for the next year!! Let's see if I can get my dfd down to 12 months time.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Would love to buddy up to lose some weight.
I think I am doing ok at the moment and seem to be eating a range of foods so it is going ok. Even DH seems to be on board but of course I don't know if he is eating the office biscuits when he is at work :rotfl:
I follow Green only because I am veggie, DH is mixing but tends to also go green but tonight I have done beef stew for them and veg stew for me so looks like he will be on Extra Easy.
Which day do you follow?
I have some recipe books here if you want ideas or is it the snacks which are a problem?

Plus it's not every day your friend gets married is it??
My hairdresser phoned me yesterday to say that their shop has closed  one of the partner's decided to pull out and the other 2 couldn't afford to buy him out! So she was ringing round all clients to say she was going mobile - great I thought - I asked her how much she'd charge - she's only going to knock a fiver off what they charged in the shopeven tho she'll be using my elec/hot water!!!hmm so think I need to find a new hairdresser now:(
I've no idea what hairdressing costs as I do my own (no1 with clippers).
However I do have some idea of the hidden (to the customer) costs of supplying a mobile business service. Mileage and petrol are only the start. Travel time needs to be factored in too. However, the costs of running the shop are probably rather higher than the costs of being mobile. However, there is also an extra cost in that the hairdresser will normally only be able to tend to one customer at a time if mobile, whereas several customers at once might be served in a shop if it's organized so that they are at different stages of their service. Also, being mobile means that the costs are no longer shared with the business partner.
Looking at it from the viewpoint of what it costs you, I imagine that your electricity/hot water costs would be more than offset by the fiver reduction and removing the inconvenience/possible costs of traveling to the hairdressing shop.
I assume you will be shopping around but thinking it through, it's possible that the saving on the hairdresser's overall business costs may not be as great as first appears.
Alternatively, you could always do as I have done and use clippers to do a no 1.0 -

In court, the lorry company's hot-shot solicitor was questioning
Seamus..
'Didn't you say to the Police at the scene of the accident,
'I'm fine?' asked the solicitor.
Seamus responded: 'Well, I'll tell you what happened. I had just loaded my favourite cow, Bessie, into the...'
'I didn't ask for any details', the solicitor interrupted.. 'Just answer the question. Did you not say, at the scene of the accident,'I'm fine!'?'
Seamus said, 'Well, I had just got Bessie into the trailer and I was driving down the road....'
The solicitor interrupted again and said, 'Your Honour, I am trying to establish the fact that, at the scene of the accident, this man told the police on the scene that he was fine. Now several weeks after the accident, he is trying to sue my client. I believe he is a fraud. Please tell him to simply answer the question..'
By this time, the Judge was fairly interested in Seamus's answer and said to the solicitor: 'I'd like to hear what he has to say about his favourite cow, Bessie'.
Seamus thanked the Judge and proceeded. 'Well as I was
saying, I had just loaded Bessie, my favourite cow, into the trailer
and was driving her down the road when this huge lorry and trailer
came through a stop sign and hit my trailer right in the side. I was
thrown into one ditch and Bessie was thrown into the other. I was
hurt, very bad like, and didn't want to move.. However, I could hear old Bessie moaning and groaning. I knew she was in terrible pain just by her groans.
Shortly after the accident, a policeman on a motorbike turned up. He could hear Bessie moaning and groaning so he went over
to her. After he looked at her, and saw her condition, he took out
his gun and shot her between the eyes.
Then the policeman came across the road, gun still in hand, looked at me, and said, 'How are you feeling?' 'Now what the hell would you have said?

Probably extra easy but i have quorn sausages instead of real ones, and tend to follow a more veggie diet as its cheaper than meat.... my main meal so far has been pasta with loads of veggies chucked in. Time and money are my biggest issues, I'm very lazy although I do like to cook (am now making the chicken curry thats in the 7day booklet in the pack) and I find eating lots of veg and fruit costs loads. Are you on the dreaded facebook? Might be a bit better to message on there or via email
Sorry it's not a pad Andy.... I have lost 5.5 pounds!! :jBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I have also been eating a lot of Quorn sausages but the main receipes are ones I do already but with a lower fat sauce so it is not to difficult to change over.
Make sure you eat enough Muller Light yoghurts as these are free!!
