Has everyone had their horlicks and gone to bed?
I've been to ikea and got the smallest desk I've ever seen in my life for the study. Better leave my filing cabinet in here so the room doesn't look ridiculously empty! Now putting it together (with a beer!)

Well you were right Tenmah! I liked the ending, much better than the cop out book one. But I don't think it was as tense as the book, it didn't have the big media interest and the 'real' reason wasn't as much a shock.

Can't decide whether overall it was better or worse than the book, I think it's one of those where you just have to judge them separately on their own merits.

Good luck putting it together butti, I need to have a trip to Ikea but I'm waiting till I've found out if I have to pay anything towards car repairs next month instead.

Ames, When Mike's mob went down to Littlehampton we had a kind of flatpacks at dawn moment because one of the group was a bit weird and liked to be managing it all, or as she put it 'I am the flat pack queen'. We were fighting over who was doing what. Quite frankly I'd really rather not do any of it now.

The guy who is coming to fit my cooker hood on Saturday reckons replacing the sliding wardrobe doors will be expensive :( I have to check out prices and then see the letting agent next week and see if I can let without doing it.

    Scaredy, it's good isn't it.

Butti, sounds a bit odd.. I've got loads of flatpack to put together at some point, it's not my favourite activity in the world! Sorry to hear about the wardrobe doors, hopefully they wont need doing.

It's okay if they don't or if I can track down one door, but they are about 15 years old!
